Our Simple Return Policy:

- All products sold by USB Flash Store may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase.

- Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be assigned prior to any return shipment and clearly marked on the outside of the package. For product return authorization or status of your return please email us at rma@usbflashstore.com.

- No restocking fees. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
